Complaint Details
To, The Customer Service Team, Subject: Loan EMI auto-de bit issue and unauthorized charges. Dear Sir/M adam, I am writing to report that my loan EMI is not being deducted even though sufficient balance was available in my account.’ Instead, multiple unnecessary charges have been applied. Despite having bank statements as proof, the issue remains unresolved. The showroom staff are also not responding to my complaints. I request immediate resolution, reversal of incorrect charges and proper EMI processing without further delay.
