Complaint Details
Our wedding took place on April 3, but even after the wedding, the photos were delayed. The save-the-date photos were delayed until after January, and after the wedding, they kept delaying the photos, saying there was a hard disk error. They haven’t even given us the wedding reels. We paid the full amount for the album, including extra charges, but we still haven’t received it. Now, when we try to call them, they don’t even answer the phone.
