Cctv online fraud

purchased a Wi-Fi camera from Amazon for more than ₹2,000. The camera worked for around 10 days, but after that, it started showing the error “Not connecting to your network.” I contacted the customer support number provided with the product. Initially, they sent me an instructional video, but it did not solve the problem. When I tried contacting them again for further assistance, they switched off their phone and stopped responding. The camera is still stuck on “Restarting” and is not working properly. I am very disappointed with the product quality and the lack of customer support. Lost my money . I kindly request you to provide proper technical support and resolve this issue as soon as possible. If the camera cannot be repaired, please arrange a replacement or refund. Please take this complaint seriously and provide me with a proper solution. Thank you.
