Booked a cab for intracity 3:30 I booked multiple people cancelled asked for refund they denied

I booked an Ola cab for an intracity trip at 3:30 PM. However, multiple drivers cancelled the booking, and despite requesting a refund each time, my requests were denied. The cancellations continued until 5:15 PM, causing significant inconvenience and delay. Since I was left with no other option, I had to book another Ola cab to complete my journey. I have requested a refund multiple times, starting from the second cancellation, and have raised the issue more than five times. However, my refund request has still not been resolved. This is extremely disappointing customer service. I should not be charged for a service that was repeatedly cancelled by the drivers and never fulfilled. I request you to review this issue immediately and process a full refund.
