Defective Longway Mixer Grinder Emitting Burning Smell and Failure to Resolve Complaint by Seller BTPL Distribution Private Limited and Flipkart

I purchased a Longway mixer grinder through Flipkart on 16/08/2026, sold by BTPL Distribution Private Limited. On 12/09/2026, the product stopped working and started emitting a burning smell, raising serious concerns about its safety and quality. Despite contacting customer service several times, I have not received a proper response or a satisfactory resolution. The product becoming defective within such a short period is unacceptable, and the lack of appropriate customer support has caused me considerable inconvenience. I request a refund of ₹1,424, including restoration of the ₹460 exchange value deducted from my order, along with appropriate action against the responsible parties. I request the Hon'ble Consumer Commission to consider my complaint and grant suitable relief for the defective product and failure to resolve the issue.
