OPPOSITE PARTY NO. 2 ​STATEMENT OF FACTS AND VERIFICATION ​Complainant ne Opposite Party No. 2 se Opposite Party No. 1 dwara banayi gayi BPL Washing Machine (Model: BPL WM 10KG BSW-1000PXPN, Serial No.: 491959421GAZFG01A9CF41) Invoice No. 1702/2024-25, dated 06-12-2024 ke tahat total ₹16,999/- ka bhugtan karke kharidi thi. ​Warranty period ke dauran hi washing machine ka dryer poori tarah phuk gaya aur kaam karna band kar diya. Iski shikayat Complainant ne Opposite Parties ko darj karayi (Complaint ID: [Complaint ID / Request No.]). Service engineer dwara inspection ke baad dryer ko replace karne ka aashwasan diya gaya tha, lekin continuous follow-ups ke bawajood Opposite Parties ne na toh dryer repair/replace kiya aur na hi koi thos action liya. ​Machine ke lambe samay tak kharab rehne aur Opposite Parties ke galat rawayye ke karan Complainant ko kapde dhone mein kaafi pareshani hui. Antatah, majboor ho kar Complainant ko dusri company ki nayi washing machine khareedni padi, jisse Complainant par extra aarthik aur mansik bojh pada. Ye Opposite Parties ki taraf se Seva mein Kami (Deficiency in Service) aur Unfair Trade Practice hai. ​RELIEF CLAIMED ​Complainant dwara prarthna ki jaati hai ki Opposite Parties ko defective machine ka poora bill amount ₹16,999/- vyaj sahit wapas karne, majboori mein nayi machine khareedne wa mansik pareshani ke harjane ke roop mein ₹20,000/- dilyane, tatha legal va court proceedings ka kharcha ₹5,000/- dilyane ka aadesh parit kiya jaye. ​VERIFICATION ​I, JYOTI NOTIYAL, Resident of RAM GANGA VIHAR, MORADABAD, do hereby verify and declare that the contents of the above statement are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief, and records.
