I want to complaint against BPl because of poor service provider after slaes

I purchased a washing machine in June 2025, which comes with a 2-year warranty. The spin timer on the machine malfunctioned; I lodged a complaint, and your technician came and replaced it, but the replacement part is also faulty. It has now been a full week, yet no technician has visited. Furthermore, my calls and messages go unanswered. To make matters worse, your team is now demanding payment before they will send someone out. If this is the poor level of service you provide to your customers, then I no longer want your product. Please take the product back and issue a full refund.
