Complaint Details
I purchased a confirmed ticket for Sajanka Live at Sunburn Union, Bangalore, on 24 October 2026. Despite having a valid ticket, I was denied entry due to a DigiLocker requirement that was not communicated in advance. The staff also used abusive language. I missed the entire event and request a full refund and appropriate action against BookMyShow.
