Complaint Details
I had requested a warranty replacement for my boAt Airdopes due to a faulty microphone and handed over only the charging case to the delivery partner, who did not ask for the original box or any additional packaging. However, boAt rejected my replacement claim, stating that the product was fake or duplicate, and attached QC photographs of a completely different product that does not belong to me. Now, they are shipping a product back to me without providing the replacement I requested. Despite contacting customer support, my issue remains unresolved, and I want boAt to investigate this discrepancy and provide the correct replacement for my faulty product.
