Refund Amount not received

I placed an order with Blinkit on 27 October 2026 and made the payment through Google Pay. While I was completing the payment, I accidentally refreshed the apps, and although the payment was successfully made and the amount was debited from my bank account, Blinkit showed the order as cancelled. I tried to contact Blinkit support, but there was no helpline number available. The app showed that the refund would be processed by 1 November 2026, so I waited. On 1 November 2026, the app showed that the refund had been processed, but I have not received the amount in my bank account. Blinkit has kept delaying my refund without resolving the issue. I request that my refund be processed immediately, along with compensation for the inconvenience and delay caused in resolving this matter.
