Order ID: ORD[protected] I purchased this calculator for my B.Tech coursework because I needed a calculator capable of performing matrix calculations. After receiving the product, I discovered that this model does not support the matrix operations I require. I contacted Blinkit's customer support, explained the issue, and shared photographs of the calculator and its packaging. I requested a return and refund or, alternatively, a replacement with a suitable calculator. However, the support executive repeatedly refused my request, stating that the same model I ordered had been delivered. I acknowledge that matrix-solving functionality was not explicitly mentioned in the product description, and I am not alleging that a physically different model was delivered. My grievance concerns the unresolved request for a reasonable solution and the handling of my complaint by customer support. I subsequently escalated the matter through email and provided the requested order details and product photographs. Despite these efforts, I have not yet received a satisfactory resolution. Relief sought: 1. A refund of ₹535 upon return of the calculator, or a suitable replacement that supports matrix calculations, subject to availability and applicable terms. 2.
