I ordered a watch from Blinkit (Blink Commerce Private Limited) and made the payment for it, but the watch was missing from the box when I received my delivery. I raised this issue with Blinkit at [protected]@blinkit.com, informing them that the watch was not received. They claim that the watch was delivered, but they have not provided any evidence to support this claim. Despite my complaint, they have refused to issue a refund. Since I have not received the watch I paid for, and Blinkit has not been able to provide proof of delivery, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for the watch.
