Complaint Details
I had booked an LPG gas cylinder with Bharat Gas, Chouri Chaura (near Futahwa) for delivery to my address at Village Chakiya, Post Chouri Chaura. Even after 10 days, the cylinder has not been delivered to my home. My parents are old and are not able to go to the agency themselves to collect the cylinder. The agency was expected to deliver the cylinder at our village address, but this has not been done despite the long delay. I request that the concerned agency deliver the booked cylinder to our home address at the earliest and ensure that home delivery service is provided properly in future, as promised.
