I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the EV scooter dealer for allegedly charging me an amount in excess of the MRP and for collecting additional amounts towards insurance, registration, and accessories without providing proper bills or receipts. At the time of purchase, the dealer collected an amount higher than the stated MRP. In addition, separate amounts were collected from me towards insurance, registration, and accessories. Despite making these payments, the dealer failed to provide proper itemized bills, receipts, or supporting documents for these charges. The dealer has not provided a transparent and verifiable breakup of the total amount collected from me. This raises serious concerns regarding unauthorized/excessive charges and lack of transparency in the transaction. I request the concerned authority to conduct a detailed investigation into the transaction, verify the actual amounts collected and the charges levied, and take appropriate action against the dealer for any violation of applicable consumer protection and pricing regulations. I further request that the dealer be directed to provide complete and itemized bills/receipts for all amounts collected and refund any excess or unauthorized amount charged to me, along with any other relief or action deemed appropriate under the applicable law.
