Wrong bank transaction

I was accidentally made a UPI transaction through phonepay intended to send the amount to account no: [protected] but by mistake sent to account no: [protected]. I have already spoken to the customer care multiple times but they couldn't help me. Even I rised a complaint in RBI but beneficiary bank team rejecting the request I connected with beneficiary local bank branch the bank don't have beneficiary proper details even he submitted a wrong address proof so, that beneficiary bank team is rejecting the request Transaction details Name : Nalagati Ram Chandra sekhar Account No : [protected] Transction id : T[protected] Date : 29/7/2026 Amount : Rs. 20,000/-
