I received a call from a person claiming to be from Bajaj Finance. His name was **Sunny Nagesh Vishwakarma**, Employee ID **3000815**, and his contact number was **[protected]**. He contacted me regarding a loan and asked me to provide my documents. I had already shared the photographs of my property and all the required information with him. Despite having all the necessary documents and details, he asked me to pay a **login fee**. After receiving the login fee, he stopped contacting me and did not respond to my calls or messages for several days. Later, without carrying out any proper loan processing or providing any valid explanation, he informed me that my loan application had been rejected. I believe that I was misled and that my login fee was taken from me without providing the promised loan processing service. The transaction was made through UPI. The UPI transaction/reference number is **[protected]**. I request you to investigate this matter, verify whether the above-mentioned person is genuinely associated with Bajaj Finance, and take appropriate action regarding the money collected from me.
