I would like to register a consumer complaint against the Bajaj RE Auto Service Centre in Ambattur, Chennai. I handed over my Bajaj RE Auto wheel to the service centre one month ago due to a problem. However, I have still not received it back. I have tried calling Mr. Suresh, the General Manager, more than 10 times, but he has not answered my calls or provided a proper update. I am facing considerable hardship because of this delay. I am very disappointed with the poor service and lack of communication. I request your intervention to investigate this matter and ensure that my wheel is returned immediately. Please take appropriate action against the service centre and help resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
