foreign partical found

I purchased a Bailley water bottle from Parle Agro. The water in the bottle was fake and not fit for use, and it did not serve the purpose for which it is meant. I am raising this complaint as the product I received was defective and not usable as a genuine drinking water product should be. I request that the company look into this defective product and provide a suitable resolution, such as replacement or refund, and take corrective action to prevent such defective products from reaching consumers.
