I would like to raise a complaint against Axis Bank regarding a fraudulent loan. Someone else's bank account has been linked with my mobile number, and a fake loan of Rs. 600000 has been taken using this account. I have not taken this loan myself, but because my mobile number is attached to it, my CIBIL score is getting negatively affected due to this fraudulent loan. I request Axis Bank to investigate this matter urgently, remove my mobile number from the account in question, correct my CIBIL report, and take action against this fraud so that I am not held responsible for a loan I never took.
