Complaint Details
I applied for a light (electricity) connection from AVVNL, but the connection has not been given to me so far. Despite this, I have been receiving electricity bills that are being processed and raised against my name, even though no actual connection exists at my premises. I request AVVNL to either provide the electricity connection immediately or correct the billing records and stop charging me for a connection that was never given. I also request a refund or adjustment of any amount already charged under this wrongly processed bill.
