Battery damage by service center

I give my ather to regular service with issue of low breaking but they damage my battery in service It’s starts with 6th july where i given my ather in ather nikol service center with normal issue of low breaking and steering jam but when the service was done then i started driving my ather it was not going above 40+ kmph so i gave ather immediately to ather and the next day they called me and sid the battery was damaged and the battery was gone in BHS mode but my ather was completely working but after service my ather was completely difected so i refuse to take my ather but they didn’t taking any responsibility of my damage then i contacted to customer support but they are just fooling me and not giving me proper answer and after so may calls and emails i was done ! So i run to service center and talked about this but they are absolutely fooling me and when i writed review in their job card so i just wanted to take a photo proof with me they snatch the job card from my hands and misbehaving with me and wrapped my job card and manager took it then I approached to his senior but he is also not taking any responsibility because of poor management my ather’s brakes was completely rusted because they put my ather outside of the service center in this bad rainy weather please take action against this fraud company.
