My Laptop Motherboard died and ASUS is rejecting for a goodwill motherboard replacement. It all happened when I was browsing youtube with the charger plugged in and then the laptop completely shut off. I looked up X (formerly Twitter) and Reddit for help and found out that there’s lots of people with the same problem that have the same Laptop model as mine which is an ASUS ROG Strix G16 (2023). I also found out there are few people who get their’s replaced for free of charge, but when it comes to mine, ASUS is refusing to replace the Motherboard.
