Product: iPhone 14 Pro Max Issue: Screen / Display Quality – Single Green Line Serial Number: DV6K2Y2WKV Purchase Date: 11 November 2022 Case ID: [protected] A single green line appeared on my display after updating the device to iOS 27. Prior to the update, the display was functioning normally. I want to clearly state that: * The phone has NO physical damage. * There are NO cracks, impact marks, or visible damage to the display. * There is only one green line on the screen. * The device was functioning normally before the iOS 27 update. * I have already raised this issue with Apple under the above case ID. * I have not received an appropriate response or resolution.
