Complaint Details
I had taken a loan through a lending app. Now I am receiving calls and WhatsApp messages from unknown numbers asking me to make repayment. These messages are in the nature of threats and blackmail, and I do not know who these people are or how they got my number. I have not been given any clear or official communication about this repayment demand through proper channels. The behaviour of these unknown callers is harassing and feels like an attempt to pressure and intimidate me. I request that this matter be investigated, the harassment through unknown numbers and WhatsApp be stopped, and action be taken against the app and the persons involved in sending these threatening messages.
