Complaint Details
bought a sony dualsense charging station on 21st dec 2025 with one yr warranty but it stopped working in july 2026 so i visited sony service centre which denied to repair as the serial number is not matching with the bill ,after which i contacted amazon on july 2nd 2026 . since then ive been in contact every week but still no solution provided.its been very mentally tiring for me
