Refund is not initiated and they wasted lot of time to wait for pickup and didn’t not pickuped my product

I was ordered Titan watch of 3737 rupees at 9th October but watch was not working properly so i was returned the product but amazon was not picked my product I didn’t get refund and they are giving soo many pickuping dates but they not to come to pick up for the product im waiting lot of time and with lot of patience its tooo much time taken i need immediately refund for my product they giving me pickup dates so that im ignored my valuable works but they not picked soo i losted time and money please initiate immediately refund for my original payment mothod if its late to get my refund amazon pay later was make a fine for that money why because i was tookedbthat product is using of amazon pay later service.
