Order ID: [protected] Order Date: October 12, 2026 Delivery Date: October 15, 2026 Item Ordered: Trolley Bag Quantity Ordered: 30 units Quantity Received: 15 units Missing Quantity: 15 units Upon opening the shipment delivered on October 15, 2026, I found only 15 trolley bags inside instead of the 30 units ordered and billed. Please investigate this issue and arrange for either the immediate dispatch of the remaining 15 units or a refund for the missing items. Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution. I pay full amount 34530.90
