Refund denied

Ambrane Semi Solid Power Bank- 40000 mAH, new battery Technology. Order ID:- [protected] Order Date:- 07/09/2026 Reg Mob No:- [protected] E-commerce:- Amazon I had purchased one power bank through Amazon on 7th Sep'26. But that product found to be non compatible. I requested for return but found no option for pick up on the site by Amazon. Having seen this, I called Amazon Customer Care who misguided me by saying that the product is self pick up and the courrier cost will be reimbursed with the refund. After dispatching the item through DTDC courrier, payment receipt of which had been upload through link provided by Customer Care on 12th Sep'26, and was duly delivered to the seller on 14th Sep'26 as confirmed from Courrier site and the delivery person, suddenly pick up option was surprisingly displaying besides the product. Since then I had approached Customer Care 8-10 times who was replying unacceptable and foolish logics at different intervals. Till date , neither I have received my refund, no any response from Seller/Amazon. Today customer care denied to pay by saying that there was no option for self pickup. I wish to charge additional Rs20K as harrassment charge apart from scheduled refund.
