Complaint Details
I had requested a refund from Amazon for my order. It has now been one month since I requested the refund, but I have not received the refund amount till date. Despite the time that has passed, Amazon has not processed my refund or given me a satisfactory update on when it will be credited. I request that Amazon process my refund immediately and credit the amount to my account without further delay.
