Amazon Account Hold Refund Pending

I am writing to request an urgent investigation into a prepaid order for an Anker charger placed on Amazon India. Payment details: Amount: ₹954 Date and time: 11 October 2026, 6:18 PM Payment status: Successful UPI merchant: Amazon India UPI Collect ID: PCR[protected] PhonePe Transaction ID: T[protected] Bank UTR: [protected] Registered mobile number: [protected] After placing the order, my Amazon account was put on hold, and I have been unable to access my order details. I did not receive an order confirmation email, the product has not been received, and my payment has not been refunded. Please trace the order using the payment reference and registered mobile number and provide: The Amazon Order ID and order confirmation details. Seller name and courier/AWB tracking number, if dispatched. Current order and refund status. A full refund of ₹954 if the order was not fulfilled. A complaint reference number and written resolution.
