I ordered 8 books and a poster from Amazon, after one day they send me a notification informing that my account is temporarily suspended due to suspected payment issue from authorised account, I sent them all important information about bank account and government id , still they are not responding and notifying me varification under process from previous day . Neither they are returning my money and they suspended my account unnecessarily despite I have provided them all important documents of my payment details. They are harrassing me from this delay.
