Online fraud

I gave money to Aman Kumar as a deposit for a flat. Later, I decided that I did not want to take the flat and asked him to refund my deposit amount. He did not give me any receipt for the deposit I had paid. When I asked for the refund, instead of returning my money, he took money from my account using a merchant account in the name of giving the refund back to me. This way, he took all the money from my account rather than returning my deposit. I request that my full deposit amount be refunded to me, and that action be taken against Aman Kumar for cheating me and fraudulently taking money from my account instead of refunding it.
