Complaint Details
I applied for a WiFi connection with Airtel WiFi Office and paid Rs. 1500 on 18th September. However, the connection has still not been established till now. I contacted Airtel customer care regarding this issue, and they assured me that the problem would be solved as soon as possible. Despite this assurance, I have not received any solution and the connection remains pending. I request that the connection be installed immediately, or if that is not possible, that my Rs. 1500 payment be refunded without further delay.
