Agrawal Packers and Movers

I had booked my scooty for courier through Agrawal Packers and Movers on 20/08/2026, under consignment GC No. 5045180. I was told at the time of booking that delivery would be completed within 4-6 days. It has now been 8 days and my scooty has still not been delivered. I have not even been given a tracking ID for my consignment. I have called the company multiple times asking for an update, and each time I am only told that someone will call back or respond in 15-20 minutes, but I never receive any response. On repeated follow-up calls, they have started cutting my calls instead of giving a clear status or solution. This has caused me a lot of mental stress and harassment, as the company does not seem concerned about my cargo at all. I am seriously concerned that my scooty may have been misplaced or lost by the company. I request that this matter be checked urgently. I demand that Agrawal Packers and Movers immediately trace my consignment, provide me a valid tracking ID, and deliver my scooty without further delay, or give me a clear and honest explanation of its current status.
