Complaint Details
I had ordered a product from Aditya Birla Fashion, but I did not receive the product. However, the application shows the order status as delivered, which is incorrect as I never received it. When I tried to contact the customer support team to report this issue and get it resolved, they did not respond to my queries. I request that the product be delivered to me at the earliest, or if that is not possible, a full refund be issued. I also request that the customer support team respond to my complaint and resolve this matter promptly.
