खाते से पैसा कट गया है

I am writing to report that an amount of Rs. 5000 has been deducted from my account without my knowledge or permission. I did not authorize this transaction and believe it to be fraudulent. I have not received any explanation or communication regarding this deduction from the concerned party. I request that the deducted amount of Rs. 5000 be investigated and refunded to my account at the earliest, and that necessary action be taken against those responsible for this unauthorized deduction.
