I want strict action against Raj Kalpana Travels Pvt. Ltd. I booked a bus from Delhi to Chitrakoot for ₹5,000, but the bus operator dropped us 80–90 KM before our destination. I was forced to spend another ₹1,500 on a cab to reach my destination. This is completely unacceptable. Passengers pay for a complete journey, not a partial service. I request a proper investigation, strict action against the operator, and a fair refund of my ₹5,000 ticket amount along with my additional cab expenses of ₹1,500.
