Subject: Complaint Regarding Online Shopping Fraud and Non-Refund of Money On 10 October 2026, I placed an online order for a dress worth ₹1,000 through A7 Studio Women Exclusive Kurti on WhatsApp number [protected]. I also made the payment of ₹1,000 online. The next day, on 11 October 2026, I received a phone call informing me that I had to pay an additional amount for GPS activation; otherwise, my dress would not be delivered. They asked me to pay ₹1,010 online. I made the payment of ₹1,010 directly. However, they then told me that I should have sent ₹1,000 and ₹10 separately. Therefore, I made another payment of ₹1,000 and ₹10 separately. They also asked me to pay ₹299 as shipping charges, which I paid. On 12 October 2026, I received another phone call asking me to pay ₹1,960, stating that my delivery had been blocked. They assured me that all the payments would be refunded after completing two transactions. I paid ₹1,960. After that, they informed me that the correct amount should have been ₹1,907 and asked me to pay that amount to unblock my delivery. I made that payment as well. They assured me that my delivery would be completed by 11:00 AM the following day. However, neither the delivery nor the refund was received. When I contacted them through WhatsApp, they said that my refund was being processed. I then requested them to cancel my order and refund all my money. They calculated the total amount paid by me as follows: - ₹1,907 - ₹1,960 - ₹1,010 - ₹1,000 - ₹10 - ₹1,000 - ₹299 The total amount was ₹7,186. However, they incorrectly stated the total as ₹7,386 and assured me that this amount would be refunded. On 14 October 2026, I received another phone call asking me to pay an additional ₹2,614, claiming that I would receive a total refund of ₹10,000. Trusting their assurance, I made the payment. On 16 October 2026, they called me again and asked me to send a Google Pay QR code so that they could transfer the refund. They claimed to have sent ₹10,000 through PhonePe and also shared a screenshot of the transaction. However, the amount was not credited to my bank account. When I informed them that I had not received the money, they said they would check with their senior and get back to me. After that, they called me again and stated that I needed to maintain a minimum balance of ₹5,000 in my bank account because their transactions were being processed from outside Maharashtra. I maintained the required balance of ₹5,000 and informed them that I had done so, requesting them to process my refund. They then called me again and asked me to pay ₹4,940, claiming that ₹40 would be deducted as charges and the remaining amount would be refunded through NEFT. When I contacted them again, they told me that the NEFT transaction had been initiated and that the refund would take 24 to 48 hours. They also assured me that they would call me back. However, despite making several attempts to contact them by phone, they have stopped answering my
