I placed an order for a voucher card worth ₹300 through the 99Store website and completed the payment. However, I am facing an issue regarding this order. I request the concerned authority to investigate this matter, take appropriate action against the website if any wrongdoing is established, and direct the seller to provide the voucher card or refund my ₹300. I am ready to provide the payment receipt, order details, transaction ID, and screenshots as evidence.
