Non-Delivery of Order, Unauthorized Printing Without Customer Consent, and Lack of Response by 99Prints

I placed an order for printed label tags for my shop through 99Prints around 20–25 days ago, but I have still not received the order or any proper response from them. Additionally, their designer proceeded with printing a design without taking my approval, even though I was not satisfied with the design and had not given consent to print it. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, there has been no satisfactory response or resolution. I request appropriate action and a suitable resolution/refund for the inconvenience caused.
