Himanshu Gaur vs. Cargo Motors Kutch Pvt. Ltd. & Another The present complaint relates to deficiency in service by the authorised MG service centre, Cargo Motors Kutch Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, regarding the Complainant's MG Hector bearing Registration No. DL8CAZ8756. On 28.06.2026, the Complainant took his vehicle to the service centre due to poor AC cooling, front-wheel noise, steering and other issues. He paid ₹14,502.46. As the problems continued, he visited the service centre again on 07.07.2026 and paid another ₹15,593.01. Despite repeated visits and payments, the problems remained unresolved. A technical inspection was also conducted on 18.07.2026. Later, the service centre provided another repair estimate of ₹48,357 on 14.08.2026. The Complainant alleges deficiency in service, financial loss, mental harassment and inconvenience. Therefore, he filed the present consumer complaint seeking a refund of ₹30,095.47, compensation of ₹1,00,000, legal notice charges of ₹21,000, interest and litigation expenses.
