Complaint Details
I have purchased 200W 12V Mono PERC Solar panel from M/s. Zunpulse against Order ID ZP[protected]. Same was delivered, installed and kept under observation on power generation in comparison with 150W 12V Mono PERC Solar panel of M/s. Waaree Solar. There was poor power output from Zunpulse panel during this observation. Reported this issue to Zunpulse via whatsapp, email & called them multiple times to report the issue and there was no response on this. Contacting them since 29.08.2026 & till date there was no proper response on this. This has affected power generation for domestic use and costed additional payment for my electrical power bill.
