i ordered fre products... i received onion of all rotten with bad smell and worth rs 62 per kg.. i complaint through the app but no response like no refunds or replacement.. this is not the first time many times it happened... i have a special baby so only I ordered through this... but now im very frustrated and getting the same msg thats the system generated message for long time ... there is no action taken for my frustration... plz give me solution i dont want the money but i want to givea lesson for ZEPTO
