I am facing the same issue. I 1st booked book my show voucher which is not working. Then booked Cinepolis voucher which is also not working.

I bought a gift voucher from their app of the brand giva , when i applied it - it was not working so i talked to the co founder gave him all the evidence and explanation according to the policies they should give me refund if the voucher is not working , when i demanded for it they ghosted me and blocked me
