I bought a saree from Zarikenya, but the product I received did not match the picture shown on their website. When I emailed them to return the product, they said that they do not have a 'return policy'; however, they do offer an exchange option, for which I have to pay a delivery charge of Rs. 250. Although they finally agreed to the return process, four days have passed, but no action has been taken so far..
