Complaint Details
We had booked Yolo bus from Thirupathi to Bangalore, for 21st October 2026 which was scheduled at 2:36pm from Thirupathi. We recieved a message that it is cancelled, at 11 am. We have spent around 6000rs approximately for the booking and we expected immediate refund, but there is no action from their end. We need to return to Bangalore today, and we expect you to take immediate action regarding this. We need refund as soon as possible or arrange another bus for the same day. Please take immediate action on this as we are helpless. Please find the attached. We has booked the from following numbers:[protected] and [protected] through Yolo website .
