I purchased a product from Yezdi. The product I received was defective. I am writing to bring this to your attention as the product is not working as it should. I request Yezdi to look into this matter and resolve the issue with the defective product at the earliest. I demand that Yezdi to replace, or refund the defective product provided to me.
