Yamaha showroom BN Reddy branch cheated the Customer and fake commitment of delivering vehicle 10-11 times and interrupted the duties of Customer TS11ER2338

I have paid an amount of 12,900 rs to the incharge and senior Technician of Yamaha Ashoka showroom at B.N Reddy nagar branch and he was the only Higher authority person in that branch and he asked me to make the payment to mobile number and scanner, as he was the head the B.N Reddy branch of the showroom I made the payment two times , one time 10,000 and second time 2900 , Initially before making the payment I asked to him I will not make the payment before completion of my Vehicle, as he that without advance payment we can't start the work and we need to order the product, so I made the payment, he promised me that vehicle will be handovered with in 15 days ...if he will do late in handovering the vehicle ...he told that don't pay single rupee like that,it's been almost more than one month till now they didn't handovered the vehicle , they cheated me with fake commitment dates and they lost my job and I lost the salary, I went to show room almost 10-11 times , they disturbed my duties and lost of pay, Now the Yamaha Ashoka showroom General Manager and Senior General Manager and their higher authority saying that they didn't receive the payment of 12,900 and When T.Srikanth is the In-charge of B.N Reddy showroom branch and when he asked to make the payment, when he was Yamaha Ashoka showroom employee I made the payment and when T.Srikanth is taking care of full responsibility. Now they are asking us to make the full payment and as per the Estimated bill it was only 16,000 and Final bill is 24,732, they are not returning the vehicle to the customer and asking to make full payment of 24732, while the Customer already paid 12,900 even though the payment made to the In-charge of B.N Reddy showroom T.Srikanth is not considering and arguing like t.srikanth is not responsible person for us.kindly help me to get back my Vehicle, Vehicle No TS11ER 2338
