Complaint Details
I placed Order #1502 with Xavielle for a Wine Purple & Navy Blue Embroidered Anarkali Suit with Dupatta. However, I received a completely different and unusable product instead of the product shown and ordered. I contacted the seller requesting a return and full refund. I request the company to arrange a return pickup and provide a full refund of the amount paid. I have attached the order confirmation and photos of the product received as proof.
