I purchase a whirlpool freedze with in a year I find a liner defect that's why I want replacement so they do all the process and say that you pay me 1000 rs and send a sight that was whirlpool india private limited and I pay on it after paying they saying to do NFT of 1000 but I said that I already paid, but they can't listen and they said they you pay rs 1000 either we'll cancel your replacement
